Vegetable Stir Fry




So since I started my weight loss Journey in December,  I have lost about 15 pounds mostly from eating clean, working out at least twice a week and breastfeeding.  I have learnt how to make different healthy taste food and this recipe is one of my favorites.Try it and let me know what you think. Ingredients
A bag of Frozen Vegetables
5 spoons of Coconut oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of parsley
1 onion
1 red bell pepper


Gather your ingredients


Step 2: Put cocnut oil in the wok add onions and red pepper





 Step 3: Add vegetables, salt, black pepper and parsley,  stir until it is fully cooked.







   Serve and enjoy. I eat mine with Moi Moi. You can also eat it with rice.
